How to give an appraisal?
1. Open the menu and pick Contacts
2. Select a contact
3. Tap on “Give an appraisal”
4. Choose a skill, points, and write your feedback*
5. Tap on the Send button and you’re done!
*performance appraisal feedback is limited to 255 characters.
With up to 22 skills / competencies available, aPraise can surely meet your performance management requirements.
Scoreboard: Measure & motivate yourself by monitoring progress charts. Track your Skill Points (SP) every time someone send you an appraisal. Personal Improvements wiill never be boring or tiresome with aPraise!
Private & Confidential: Appraisals received and sent are viewable among the appraiser and appraisee only to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
